Krause Family Ford of Woodstock

This was my very first time dealing with Krause Family Ford and I have to say it was THE best experience I have had with a car dealership. Matt Krause was so thoughtful with my situation and actually listened. Mike Buck was my awesome salesman and I felt that he was genuinely honest with me from the moment I walked in. Mike and Matt listened to what I wanted and understood my financial situation. They made sure I was taken care of through the entire process. The day I picked up my new vehicle I was greeted at the door by Don Kapela who had a smile on his face the entire time while paperwork was going through and while helping me learn about my new car. Krause Family Ford truly makes you feel like family and made my car buying experience a lot less stressful!!
