Red Roof Inn Valdosta – University

I don't even know where to begin. They would not honor my VIP radio passes, after I reserved the room weeks in advance, they waited till we drove all the way to Valdosta with two children to tell us that they would not honor them (I told them all about the passes when I reserved the room). They had no problem taking our passes until they saw us in person. I'm fairly certain this was race related. I filed a complaint with corporate and was told they would respond within 2 business days. That was a week ago and I've gotten no response. We went to Motel 6 (we were treated VERY well there) and I suggest you do the same. I will never deal with Red Roof Inn again. You can't be a racist AND run a hotel.
