As others have said, it’s hit or miss. Sometimes you’ll get great service and a correct order and sometimes you won’t even get a hello (I personally don’t care about that- I’m there for coffee not friends but that’s just me). Always, always, taste your coffee before pulling off; I order using the app which lists what I want clearly but I don’t always get it that way.
