Started suspecting that the A/C wasn't working in the morning and by afternoon it was pretty clear that it wasn't. I called Able at 4PM and the woman on the phone was very nice. She took my info and told me that she had a technician in the area near me and that he would call and let me know what time he would be there. No extra charge for same day! She said he would be there no later than 5, he was there and done by 5! Alex was great, helped me out on the price and worked fast. I was able to get the A/C up and running and I still made it to the gym on time. Definitely would use again.
