Waterford Place at Mt. Zion Apartments

I've been staying out here for 2 years now! I chose this property because it was gated and had a gym which I was told was functioning! 1st week I moved in the gates stopped working and haven't been working since! Same with the gym all of the equipment is broken so I feel like I'm paying for amenities that I can't even use. I'm staying in a 1 bedroom paying $915 a month including fees for a property with open gates I don't feel safe period! It's not fair that I had to go and purchase a gym membership at a gym when I should be able to work out at the property gym which I'm paying for. People in the office are unprofessional you call and leave messsges numerous of times and no one NEVER returns your calls and they wanna look stupid when you walk in the office and you're frustrated! I have never stayed anywhere so horrible and I will not recommend this property to anybody. I also called corporate in reference to an important issue I was having and I was told that I would have to mail n my complaint which I feel is very unprofessional I feel like all they are trying to do is prolong the process which is why people in the office feel as if they can do what they want to do because of no repercussions! N I won't break my lease because that's more money that I would have to issue out so I have no choice but to wait till my lease is over and this is what they know that's why they don't care about their residents! Break ins every other day and you don't even send out notices letting us know you're concerned it's absolutely ridiculous! And it's more that has happened I'll save that for a separate review once I move out!
