UPDATE ONE YEAR LATER AT BOTTOM OF REVIEW!!!! Bad WORK done HERE!!!! First, I honestly cant give 5 -stars even though I thought I would in the beginning. Things started out great here. They even helped me out with the deductible so I give them two stars for that. That said, the only person that took the time to actually care and treat me like a customer was Casey. I had my van repaired here because Toyota of Savannah owns this place so I thought it would be backed by a reputable company. I brought it in on a Thursday and was told it would be ready by the following Tuesday. I thought it was great turnaround. It ended up being the following Friday. What makes it bad is that not one time did I get a phone call for pick up or updates. I always had to call them. One time I called and they said they would call me back and they never did. So when I did pick up, it looked fine till I got home and took a closer look. By the way all they did was had me keys not once coming out with me to inspect the van when I dropped off or picked up. My fault for not demanding a walk around. When I got home I noticed there was overspray all over car, there was clear coat missing on fender and the bumper had a chip in it. The plastic door guards had air bubbles in it and there was still glass in the van and corner of dashboard. So I had to take the van back across town for them to do it right. I will give them this, they did not deny and they took it back no problem. The manager even said sorry and he would have back the next day. Well that did not happen, it took two more days. When I went to pick up for the second time again they just handed keys to me and that was that. Overall I'm still not happy because when I picked up it was filthy and I finally just left. They fixed the fender but you can tell it was a patch job. The paint job still feels like sandpaper and I can only hope after a few washes it buffs out. There are still tape marks on top of the car from the windshield being replaced and the manager needs to learn how to be a bit more social. Casey was the only decent person there. Would I go back? No. They are just....ok. UPDATE! So one year later my windshield cracked. No chip damage, it just cracked from the bottom. I new it was poor craftsmanship. I claimed it and had to pay a $100 deductible. When safelite pulled window out they showed me where the glass was missing a layer of glass. It was a garbage window that was installed. They also failed to put primer on the seal causing rust to for. Thankfully we caught it and it has been sealed. I tried to offer low country a chance to make it right by at LEAST paying for deductible of $100. They said no. They stated I should have brought it back in.... sorry, not going down this road again. I guess their reputation is not worth $100. STAY AWAY!
