Pita Mediterranean Street Food

This is definitely one of the best quick bites of real, delicious food in Roswell. I waited until we visited the second time before posting this review because I wanted to see if they are consistent. Their employees are so cheerful and awesome. The ingredients are colorful and fresh. There's a good balance of toppings and they pay attention if you ask for more or less sauce, pickles, etc. I'm addicted to the chicken shawarma and the pitas are SO perfect - they hold the fillings, but they're also so soft and warm! (At other restaurants, pitas have been stale, burned or even microwaved.) The hummus is beautiful and tasty. My husband likes their good tea and lemonade, but I'm a water drinker and I love that they have fresh water with sliced lemon or cucumber instead of just fountain water. They also fold the foil at the end of the pitas really well, so if you like to eat it with the foil on, you don't really need to adjust it until you're more than halfway lol These details are so nice, and add to the overall experience and quality of the meal.
