Made an appointment with this office because I had been there before with my first baby. Had to get a new OB because Dr. Petchenik, who was my previous OB was no longer at this office. They don't have an automated system who reminds you of appointments nor does anyone from the office call to confirm like all doctors offices. I was unsure what my appointment time was so I called the office. No one answered and I left a message. When they finally called me back my appointment was in 20 mins. The driver over is longer than 20 mins so I was 15 mins late to the appointment. I have a 2 year old that had to go with me so unfortunately, yes, I was late. However, since I have waited in this office almost 2 hours to be seen as they move you from one waiting room to the next, I didn't think being late was going to be an issue because you wait a long time anyway. Yet the rude receptionist came over and told me I was late and the doctor may not see me. She goes back to speak to the doctor and comes back and says, she can't see me, I can come back tomorrow. At this time there was no one else in the waiting room so they didn't appear to be busy. And I told them I had come a long way for this appointment. But the receptionist began to ignore me and speak to other patients who had just walked in. So I told them don't bother rescheduling, I will find someone else. It amazes me how these doctors have you wait on them for hours but you can't be late! Rude and ridiculous office, very inflexible with their patients so probably not an OB you want anyway.
