I went to this "auction" looking for a good cash car. I put auction in quotes because once I started negotiating the pricing I was told by the person who I'm sure owns it (he acted as a sales agent) but dodged the question numerous times, that they are a dealer and not an auction. They are in "transition". Once he pretended to speak with someone (deal or no deal style) he finally came to a reasonable price. He then came back with "auction fees" close to a grand that he wanted to be added on to the car which put it back at the asking prices. Auction fees but not an auction? So shady.... I caught him in a few lies too. Not a good business.
