Brodick Hill Apartments

I love living here! The community is quite and I feel very safe. The gates work the majority of the time and I’m in love with the car care, pool area, and indoor and outdoor fitness center!! The office staff and the maintenance staff are very quick to respond to all requests made in a timely manner. I’ve lived here for 3 years and I’d only consider moving if the increases in rent exceed my budget! When will apartment complexes reward good tenants with consistent rent instead of increasing the rent every year?!?! This is the only con I could find because I love it here. That’s the only reason I took away a star besides the water bugs that can get bad during the summer due to the swamp nearby.
