I don't know if they had an off day but my third experience was not like the first time. It was a Friday afternoon and I took my mom thinking we would have a nice time. I walked in and told them I wanted an ombré fill in, eyebrows wax, a pedicure and I was thinking about lashes. I asked about a price for lashes, how long the process took, the kind of lashes they offered and no one could answer my question. The guy doing my nails acted so annoyed as he was huffing and puffing and was very rough with my hands. (By the way the electricity cut off 3 times and stayed off for about 2 minutes each time. They said it was Georgia Power's fault.) As my nails were close to being done, I asked again about the lashes again and another lady said she doesn't do lashes and she doesn't know. Then she pointed to the lady that does them (who had a client at the time) and said when she's done she would start on my lashes. I waited for about 10 minutes for her to finish with her client. When the lash lady was finished she went outside to her car, came back in, sat down and never acknowledged me. I went to the front desk to pay and the guy asked, "You don't want lashes?" I said no I have to go and I've been waiting and no one has acknowledged me. He said, "okay." When it was time to pay, they said my nails alone were $48. $48 for a fill in????? If they looked good I would understand but they are definitely not worth the price. He did not know what he was doing. You can still see where my nails grew out and each nail looks different. He did not do a good job at all. I will never go back. Kind of disappointed because it's my birthday weekend and I was expecting more but left with almost paying $100 for bad service and bad nails. Very unprofessional in a nice salon.
