I truly hate leaving a bad review but honestly I must admit that I have never dealt with a company like this. We are PCSing from Fort Carson and we are trying to get a house through them. I have called 10 times to get someone to send me the application link. Thank goodness I am from the area and my family lives there because my sister had to go there for me and she witnessed 2 women sitting there having a good conversation and not one time did anyone even bothering to answer the phones while I was on the phone with her! They ended up having her meet with someone in the back who was extremely kind and helpful (which is only why I gave the second star) and she sent me the links. Well needless to say I tried to call back 3 times to make sure that they received the applications after we completed them and yes, you guessed it...NO ONE ANSWERED AGAIN! This shows a lack of professionalism and consideration for their potential clients' time given the fact that they don't know where they are calling/coming from. This is truly ridiculous. Hopefully they can resolve this soon because if not then we may have to consider going with a different company. Unfortunately, my husband is in Korea and I have too many things going on to constantly be on the phone all day everyday trying to reach someone at the office.
