I walked in approximately 50min. before they closed intending to place a order. As I entered, I saw a young man who appeared to be finishing up what was left to mop of the floor. He never greeted me he just softly stated that they were closed. Respectful, I began to step backwards heading towards the door sligjtly confused about their actual hours. Quickly, I glanced around and saw about 4 individuals standing in the back conversing with one another. One of them shouted aloud "WE ARE CLOSED!" Still existing I slightly rose both my hands up in a gesture to signal that I understood that they were not going to serve me.
I agree that 10p is fairly late for pizza cravings. However, it is false advertising when you convey that your location's hours are from 10:30a-11p on Saturdays, yet deny someone service 50min prior to closing. Not to mention, another elderly gentleman tried to go in and order just minutes after myself. He was denied the very same service. He seemed to be pretty disappointed. Why is the front door unlocked during this time of night if they are closed?
Moreover, my little brother and sister love this place. They literally believe this is the best pizza place ever. I must agree, their pizza is outstanding, but it is unjust to pick and choose who you wish to serve. Please advise.
