Absolutely NO integrity. These folks have UNG parents over a barrel. They have acquired a monopoly of apartments. When our son moved into his it was nasty - smelled of smoke, unclean, broken dishwasher. When my husband phoned to complain, he was told to go elsewhere if he wasn't happy. No attempt to provide any measure of customer service. Absolutely intolerable. Clearly taking advantage of students without any oversight.
