Since day one the only tech that does my mani/pedi is Lena. The other techs treat customers like an inconvenience. Who is paying who? Never in my life have I been to a salon where all the employees look like they are mad at the world. I've been going to blue sky for over a year and I am glad they all know I only let Lena work on my nails. With a nail salon on every corner, the manager needs to remind his employees that custom service comes first. Since he is related to half the techs in the salon, the family should work together.
