Ulta Beauty

Before I went to the store, I made sure what I was wanted was available at the store. There were none on the shelf, so I asked cashier for help since no one was on the floor. She gladly helped but couldn't find it under any drawers, so she asked her manager who came up to me and said she purchased everything herself since the sale was so good. I was flabbergasted! She didn't even know which product I was referring to nor did she have any interest in looking elsewhere. I explained how it showed availability online at this store, so I expected it here. She was very rude and sarcastic. I can't believe I was treated that way. Horrible!
