If I could I would rate a zero. Even though I left from there around 5pm and the people that was there before their shift ended was very helpful. My husband left around 6 going on 7 to find a replacement light bulb for our house (some reason it takes a specific type) he couldn’t find one. So my husband was about to walk out the door when an older lady walked in and the metal detector went off. With precaution he stood back and empty all his pockets and was still accused of taking something. Sad part my husband stays with chapsticks in his pocket and she even said he may of stolen that when the label on it was apparently faded out. The lady (whom I know with red hair) still called the manager and he then accused him and told him he will be running the cameras back. My husband agreed to do so and was threatened that they was going to call the police. Once they ran the cameras they seen him looking at the light bulbs and then asked him what was he doing. My husband told them then they proceed to continue to watch the video. THEY DID NOT SEE HIM PUT ANYTHING IN HIS POCKET! I feel like that was VERY uncalled for! Don’t ever judge a book by its cover just bc he has his rough lookin days and is dressed down living on the south as of now don’t mean he is a thief! Sad thing is they didn’t even try to figure out why the metal detectors went off nor did they check the lady who walked through first. As an employee of another business we do have the same issues with the detectors going off and instead of accusing our customers (mostly women) we ask if we can see their purse or bag and Hoover it over the sensor remover. 9 times out of 10 it’s a stronge metal that set it off that may a key ring
