Pure Virgin Hair

I have been a customer for at least 4 years and I never had issues until my last purchase. I’m not sure if they switch vendors, but the hair was not good. As soon as I applied water it was stiff and after 1 night under a bonnet it quickly matted. I was very dissatisfied and expressed it to the owner and he was not willing to meet the needs of a unpleased customer.
