If you are interested in spending your money and not receiving any service, then A-1 is the company for you! We purchase a termite warranty package from A-1 @ almost $1000 for the first year and $150 each year after. If you try to get service throughout the year, good luck! But come time for the renewal payment, A-1 is right on time with their collection letter and payment envelope. We have about half a dozen calls into both the St. Marys Location as well as the Brunswick location and not a single callback. Shame on you A-1. You came highly recommended and have been a complete letdown.
