ATC Development

ATC Development is a wonderful place to rent from! I rented a one bedroom a few years back and truly loved my apartment. I feel that the rules and any fees were clearly stated when I signed my lease. I had, in general, good neighbors and no issues or complaints while living there. They are now updating the apartments and I look forward to seeing them renovated. The website is very customer friendly and it is easy to see what I would get without even stepping in the front door. I love that type of transparency since I am an avid researcher and prefer to see the benefits without having to call. Their reputation is good around Augusta and some of their complexes are centrally located for shopping centers. I rented from Forest Hills specifically and it is super close to Augusta University and a really great shopping center and the Augusta Mall. Even though it has a great location, I never feared for my safety or ran into any sketchy situations. I was also able to have my dog in my apartment, which was a really big plus. Thank you ATC for a great place to live while I was at AU!
