I don't know where to start.
We booked on line a 2 BR apartment for $103 like it was advertised. I received an email that they will charge me $253 for 2 nights. Don't know how they came up with that. We was in a hurry and I didn't want to look for something else. Credit card didn't go thru though they called. They brought it to my attention that there is no parking available but for $10 a night they would reserve me a parking space. Great - another $20. That was not all - the new charge came to $405.12 since there is a cleaning fee of $130 !!! Whaaaaat? I never heard of anything like that.
After a 4 hr trip we finally arrived. We had to figure out how to get the keys since the speaker box didn't work. There is NO office for guests. It's all per email. We finally got some help from a leasing office for apartment owners. Our room was on the 6th floor. The elevator at the entrance didn't work. We received two keys and one of them was not the right one. They also emailed me the wrong password for the internet. The apartment had an unpleasant smell and we tried to open the windows - shutters didn't work on one of the windows and all seals on the windows was extremely dirty. The coffee maker was dirty. The sink needed some stainless steel. Ice maker didn't work. Spider webs in the bathroom. Lightbulb out. Door hanging off the hinge in the kitchen which was not updated like in the pictures.
Overall - we was very disappointed. For $202 a night we could have got something with room service. I gave it 2 stars because of the great location but I will not stay there again!
