I have not had a good experience with the Sock Fancy subscription service. Someone ordered a subscription for me at the end of August hoping it would be here for my birthday in the first week of September. The Sock Fancy website states that "We try to get your first month out as soon as the order comes in," however, I did not receive my first pair of socks until September 22. The person that ordered the subscription tried contacting Sock Fancy, but did not receive a response for several days. When Sock Fancy finally responded, they offered to upgrade the subscription to 2 pairs per month because of their delay in shipment. This was great news and showed us that they were committed to their customers. Well, here we are in November and I received no sock delivery for October. As of right now, I have no faith in this company or my subscription lasting for an entire year with the promised two pairs of socks. UPDATE January 2015: After my initial issues with Sock fancy, they have fixed everything. No issues since then and I've received all my socks on time. will update in the future.
How insane of a gift is something that you cant even pick out! I was excited to pick out my present when I received the card since nothing I wear is random and even the socks! What a way to ruin a present. I am not a tween who think getting surprised in the mail is fun. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!
