I can say nothing negative about my experiences at Nally but rather give then the highest rating I can give. The people in the service area are great. They explain everything, are prompt, and always willing to please their customers. I am 75 years old and know little about parts or problems with my Ford Focus and find I am always in good hands with your service department. Great folks, speedy service and a job well done. I love my Focus, after having driven a Mercedes for years prior. I feel safe in this car and it is very dependable. A job well done by all !
