Dress Up Brookhaven

For someone who’s worked in retail and has had a management role for a couple years, this Dress Up location was terrible. The customer service was so poor that my friends and I had to leave. There weren’t a lot of people in the store and we still weren’t checked on or asked to be started a dressing room until we purposefully walked in front of the dressing room. I even felt judged for going to get a different size dress. The girl with black hair and bangs just seemed like she didn’t want to try to help us. I feel like they pick and choose how they treat you based on what you look like I left and went across the street to Vestique with ONE girl working and we were provided with exceptional service. She went above and beyond to help us.
