You'll get far better service if you buy your Burberry products at reputable big name retailers that have Burberry departments. This store in Atlanta is horrid. If you need anything beyond cash and carry, they do not follow through on on anything more complex than buying a scarf.
I purchased a full price trench coat in October and still didn't have the correct one until March. The managers "forgot" to order what they sold me, tailored it incorrectly then "forgot" to get the correct one in the store. The store manager mark left a message for me to call him to follow up on my issues and when I did, he never returned the call.
the merchandise is way too expensive
for the slack service.
