What a complete joke! My cousin and parked here on August 12th and was completely in awe at the rudeness of the people running the deck! There is caution tap blocking off the elevator and front stairs which was tore down when we arrived and were yelled at and talked down to because we just walked down the decks instead of the back stairs. We had no way of knowing that we should have used the back stairs which we did not see. When I asked what the problem was with walking down the deck the attendant pointed to a small sign when you first drive on and was shaking her head at us! I was shocked at the rudeness and said gee why are you being so mean about it and try to enjoy life. The attendant mumbled if I didn't have to deal with idiots like you then I would! Just wow!
