Applebee’s Grill + Bar

The food here is average at best. The service is fair. The hostess actually asked me to help her carry a stack of menus to the trash. The clientele are unbelievably disrespectful. There was a guy that was blaring music from his phone the entire time we were attempting to have a business meeting. The staff didn't even approach the man to ask him to turn it down. We won't be going back to say the least.

Came in on a Friday evening. Ordered salads and needed a minute to pick entrees. Waitress returns 15 minutes later with salads, doesn't refill our drinks. After we eat the salads we wait another ten minutes then use the waitress call button. She takes our order but doesn't even ask how we would like the steak cooked. She leaves the salad plates on the table. The manager delivers the food and we find the steak is overcooked when he leaves. We have to use the call button again. She takes the plate away and immediately returns with the same exact steak, boldly saying they cooked a new one. It's another fifteen minutes before we can get a new one, and we find out it's barely cooked. The staff were rude and careless the entire time, then tried to save face in the last minutes. We were there for nearly 90 minute in total when we just wanted a quick meal. I am very tolerant of restaurant service, especially during busy times, but my experience was unacceptable and I strongly advise going somewhere else.
