Walgreens

I tend to find that the employees are nice at this location, the rude ones are at the Evans, GA location. The manager Stephanie belittled an employee in front of customers!!! I have worked with the public before and this is a business NO-NO. I felt SO horrible for the senior she belittled in front of me and other customers. I just wanted to scream. However, the best way to get your point across is to not shop at the stores. If I have to go to the Evans store, I call to make sure Stephanie is not there, if she is, I will go to another chain. I sincerely believe that the people that hire managers DO NOT know how some of the seniors are treated and if they do, shame on Walgreen's!!! If the senior did something that was not the way Stephanie wanted, that is fine, it only takes a second to say hey, I understand that you did it this way, but let me show you another way. Simple as that. She should not have went on a four minute belittling tirade. I believe in helping people not critiquing everything they do. I think think this manager needs to go, because it was horrible enough for this senior to go through this, but when you also have cashier's rolling their eyes because she is yelling at people in the back. Come on Walgreen's, you should know better. I know I will never win the survey thing, but it doesn't matter to me, and if by some freaky chance I did, I would most definitely give it to the senior.
