I just had to share. I’ve been taking pilates with Ed for several months. When I started, I had limited range of motion in my upper body, mainly in the shoulder area. I have had been working on it with a chiropractor off and on for years and it was coming along slowly. Since I began pilates it has improved greatly. I didn't even really notice it until I was performing other exercises outside of pilates. It just seemed to happen. Of course, it didn't, but I also didn’t expect the amount of improvement I am experiencing. I just assumed that I would always have issues with holding my arms above my head and would never have full range of motion again at this stage in my life. Although, I still have a way to go, I am very pleased with my progress and wanted to share my experience. I hope others will read this and consider trying pilates to improve aliments that they may be experiencing. Thanks Ed!
