We liked Dr.Gordon but in 2 weeks of dealing with them for my 2 sick kids we tlran into an insane amount of issues. They didn't draw enough blood on my 1 year old who was cooperative, a prescription was called in for my child that I was never told would be prescribed, another prescription was not called in until 6 hours after I called to let them know they missed one (I called twice and was told they would call me when it was called in with no call), we were not told that the food allergy tests have a high rate of false negatives, I had a very poor response for a follow-up call about test results I had a simple question about a serious issue and they acted as if no one could help me, and last but not least we had a medication with directions labled differently than the Doctor ordered, we called to ask what was correct and the nurse said "I don't know do whatever you want." They lost two new patients over support staff issues.
