This service is horrible. I feel like we are paying just to be on the phone with them every other day trying to fix our internet. This will be the 3rd time in a week that a technician has had to come to our home. If you’re looking for a service provider CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY!! 5/3/18 UPDATE ON MY TERRIBLE WINDSTREAM SERVICE: Exactly two weeks since the last technician came out on 4/18 and fixed our service we are having the same problems AGAIN!! The tech told me it’s because of the way things are wired out around my area which is some BS! If the wiring isn’t right then Windstream NEEDS TO FIX IT!!! I wish there were another service provider in my area because Windstream sucks and their customer service is even worse!!!!
