Whitlock Kleeners

The Lady that works there is horrible, I drop off a dress for them to fix the zipper. The zipper was still attached but it just wouldn't zip. I paid $20 for them to fix and come to find out, the dress was never fix. I called, they told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. When I brought it in she claimed that wasn't the dress they had after it clearly shows in their system. Also, when you drop off an item to be altered, they don't have a price for you since someone else comes in and do it and the price is always a surprise. BEWARE!!!!!!! there are plenty dry kleeners around and they are the worst ones!!!!!!
