There office lacks customer service and is not operated by the doctor listed. Went in for a contact lense exam and was charged 128.00 and received a trial pair of contact lenses which was too strong. Young new optometrist told me to try them and come back in for a follow up. I didn't come back in on the specific day, week, month and now she wants to charge me again for something I never received from the beginning. What happened to getting what you pay for. However the doctor listed Dr. Andre Lenoir I have never seen in the office and the young lady there is really clueless, she needs to be monitored by a real certified OD. She just kept sending the young receptionist at the desk to tell me something she could have said to me, especially since she was late coming into work in the beginning. Appointment was for 10 am and i arrived at 9:46 and at 10:06 the receptionist informed us she was late. I have been going to Walmart optical for almost 7 years and this is my first and last time ever using my hard earned money in Wally World know as WalMart. I just moved here to Georgia recently and I can say this is one Welcome to the neighborhood I will never forget. That Walmart Optical deseves a 1 on a scale of 1 to 100. Plus false doctors used deserved to be looked into.
