A trip to Swainsboro to get my tag led to my car's heater hose bursting. I was able to make it 1 mile to this very Walmart where Edward from their Automotive department provided me with some tools to fix the issue. I knew that working on my car in the parking lot wouldn't be practical, but they insisted that it was fine as long as I made it home safely.
I know that he, as an employee, did not have to help me at all. So I was thankful to say the least.
Initially, my plan was to get some water to risk it home in Oak Park, but the odds of making it with the degree of the issue were slim.
Everyone in the department had very positive attitudes. I appreciate this the most.. that's customer service at its finest.
