I had an antibiotic filled here for my 2 year old last week. We wasted half the bottle because she refused to take it... So I had the doctor call in a refill on the antibiotic just two days after having it filled originally. I knew my insurance would not pay for this medicine again so I called the store to tell them I would pay the cash price for it. The lady who answered the phone (I wish I had gotten her name) told me she had already called the insurance to get an override and the rx would be ready shortly! I'm a pharmacist and understand the insane demands that are placed on all pharmacy employees. I was so pleasantly surprised when I found out this employee had gone so far above and beyond what is required. Thank you so much! Avery's mom :)
