These guys have absolutely no idea what they're doing. The sales rep asked me for 3 forms of ID. When has a sales rep ever asked for your driver's license, your social security card, AND passport just to change something on your plan? NEVER. Ask yourself this: do you really want to buy your phone from someone who doesn't even get the basics? Can you trust to get the best plan at the best rate? Hell no. When he asked me for my social security card, I took my money and ran. Stay away at all cost. Seriously.
