Earl is Amazing and losing Shavon was a terrible mistake. I actually followed her to this location due to her level of customer service. But unfortunately after 10 long years of my entire family and 6 lines with Verizon I will be going with a different provider as quickly as possible.. as a whole, I have NEVER experienced worse customer service than I have with Verizon nor have I been treated and talk to like I have by the SO-CALLED customer service representatives. I work in Customer service and strongly recommend that Verizon not forget in their growth and success that the customer no matter how small may they seem is NOT an interruption to your business BUT THE REASON FOR IT! I hope to be with another provider by close of business tomorrow! Can’t be fast enough! Post ANYTHING. IF I prevent 1 person from making the mistake of going with Verizon it’s worth my time. Verizon has good coverage but the cost and pure NASTY attitude of staff when a problem arises it so not worth a penny! I actually had “DISTRICT MANAGERS” whom wouldn’t call me back after promising they would. One of those ARRIVED TYPE managers I’m sure. Meaning they have arrived and no longer have to serve and provide. DONT USE VERIZON WIRELESS, BUT HIRE EARL and SHAVON!! Great people and truly care!
