Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Great location, friendly and knowledgeable service crew. I loved how I could drive up, stay in my car. When I pulled in the garage i was greeted with a smile, they showed me a list of services I could choose from. Different types of oil to choose from. From my vin number they could tell what the correct parts were needed for my car. They also hooked my car up to a computer and the computer showed me what my car was due for. It was highlighted red, green and yellow. Red meaning I should have the recommended service, green meant everything was up to date. So I changed my oil, rotated my tires, replaced all my fluids, they checked my brake and signal light bulbs. They even changed my wiper blades and showed me my dirty air filter. I could watch the service crew from a TV monitor. I saw them work under the hood and underneath my car as they were changing my oil. Everything was done professionally, very transparent. Best experience i have ever had getting my oil changed. Being a woman this was very convenient and easy to do. One less thing my husband has to do for me now.
