Called ahead to make sure I had all the documents that were required. And get there and waited an hour to find out I had one wrong document (after being told a copy of the original would be fine). The lady was very unapologetic and told me she could not accept the copy of the document but wanted the original. I advised her I called ahead and I asked twice that about the copy document and was told a copy document would be sufficient. And just said no and then called the next number.
