Unique Threading & Body Wax

Bad customer service! The manager is never there when there is an issue. I have never had to pay to have the few hairs waxed off my thighs with my Brazilian wax. Today a different girl did my wax who I have never seen at the Cobb location before. I asked her to wax the hairs on my thigh. It had to be like 4-5 little hairs between both thighs right by my bikini line. The girl said she would take care of it but then told me it is an extra charge. I told her that I have never been charged for that and the girls always take care of it for me with no charge. She was like well we need to look up who's been doing your waxes because they are supposed to charge you. I just told her fine and let her do it since I'm wide open and wasn't about to argue. When she was done she told me it was $10 extra. I'm like WHAT if you had told me that before I would have said NO. I was thinking it was an extra $5 like getting your happy trail waxed. I have been a customer for 3 years but after today I will not being going back!
