Mattress Firm Lavista Northlake Center

Mattress Firm is awesome and has been for years! I came into the store on Lavista to purchase two mattresses for my home. Moss was the most helpful person I have met in retail before in my life. I have been to others places that was more concerned about just making a sale. Not this guy!! Even though he didn't have the mattresses that I needed he sent me to another mattress firm location to ensure I received what I was looking for. He wasn't looking to get credit for the purchase at all. He just wanted to ensure that I was a happy customer. His customer service was amazing, and his knowledge on each and every mattress in the store was on point. I asked several questions about the quality and comfort of the mattresses and their wasn't one question asked that he couldn't answer. The best part of my experience was the fact that he was able to help me match the price that was within my budget. Moss is the person to see if you want a great deal! I'm sure we have all had sales people approach us with an eager, and direct attitude ready to sell us anything. Moss gets the details of what you need for comfort, price, and also what makes you happy. In his eyes the customer is always right!! I have never had a bad experience in any Mattress firm store. Mattress Firm is great! They picked the right guy to take care of their customers! Great Job Moss!! I enjoyed the service so much that I referred a friend, and she was just as happy.
