True Natural Gas

Very dissatisfied. Please call people prior to cutting service off. I had no idea my bill was late, or not being paid. I was paying through my service, it said checks were being sent. After investigation I found my bank had a mess up, and didn't send 3 checks to this company. Though instead of them e-mailing me, calling, or even mailing me a letter to tell me my service was going to be disconnected. I just came home to a cold home one evening. So for fact y'all didn't try to contact me prior to disconnect you get 2 stars... I am knocking it down to 1 star since its apparently going to take 2 days for them to reconnect it, and I have to call out of work that day to sit and wait for a 4 hour window. ALL could of been avoided had y'all just contacted me about a late bill. Any other utility company will contact prior to service termination, why not y'all?
