True Glory Virgin Hair

I am writing this review because this is my second time purchasing True Glory hair. My first experience was okay although the staff was quite stand-offish, but overall my transaction went smooth. I had purchased 18”,20”,22” & the hair was like butter to me. I even got some compliments on how nice and silky the hair appeared and I agreed. This time my husband purchased hair for me for Christmas 3X24”. I noticed that the ends on one of the bundles was pretty rough and shaggy. I cowashed the hair and had it installed on Christmas Day. Since then the hair has been tangling and shedding at a rate that I am not satisfied with. I want to purchase another bundle but I am afraid that the consistency will further disappoint. I know batches can vary but my first purchase was only 6 months prior to receiving these last bundles and if I had not gotten it cut into a bob, I think it would still be in great condition. The hair isn’t terrible, but as a repeat buyer I was looking for a consistent quality as before and unfortunately I didn’t get that.

I've been purchasing hair from True glory when they were only located in Smyrna, GA. And for each install I would purchase new hair. I can honestly say that the quality of the hair, the amount of hair has gone down while the price has gone up. I'm so disappointed because I really relied on getting good quality hair from them. I

Decent quality, however staff hair looks terrible. Makes you question if you want to buy hair from ppl who don't even keep their own up..also, they never have exactly what I want. I have to compromise when I go there.
