Canceling the monthly membership is a pain. After canceling they still charge in hopes that you won't notice.
I canceled my membership before when i left town and this happened. I assumed it was an honest mistake.
Came back to town re-enrolled, went in person to cancel. Now im out of town and still being chargedl, they are still billing me and wont answer the phone when i call. twice is not a mistake, but a repeated pattern of bad business
