Thornton Road Kia

Their is a recall on my car. My mechanic dropped my car off weeks ago. I have not gotten answers on what's wrong with my car or when i might get it back. I have called to speak with the manager but he will not come to the phone or return my calls! This is the second Kia that i have purchased and I will not buy another one. Not because of the car but the service sucks!! Don't but or take your car to Kia Lithia Springs. I will definitely make sure I tell everyone that i know about this experience
