Thomson Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT

I had a bad experience with them. I was told by one of the online sales rep that I would be able to trade in my car 2006 Dodge charger that they was in high demand. I told her that I would come Saturday but I had to drive an hour and half away. She told me they would give me a gas card. So when me and my fiance get down there they gave us the run around. I then ask about the gas card they said they would put it in the mail. I never received the card. Then the sale guy ask me to find a cosigner I did. He said they was going to find a outside loaner. I never heard back from them. They don't know how to handle business. Very unprofessional.
