Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. 9 out of 10 calls DURING BUSINESS HOURS go to the answering service. Need to reschedule an appointment? FORGET ABOUT IT because you will call their office multiple times and not get an answer, and STILL get charged the $50 cancellation fee even though you called and called and called to cancel. NEVER have I had a doctors office be so difficult to get in touch with. Take your calls or hire more people to take calls.
ADDITION: The doctors and staff are wonderful people who work hard and go a great job. They are excellent at the medical side of things, but not being able to get in touch with your doctor or counselor is UNACCEPTABLE.
