The atmosphere is amazing! Everyone seems really nice and readily available if you have questions. I even made a sane day appointment. The only reason why I’m giving a 3/5 is because I went in for a blow out and I came out looking like how I walked in. I also wanted some type of deep conditioning treatment. Prior to coming, the receptionist mentioned that the stylist would recommend what was needed. Well, she never discussed what she recommend for my hair after shampooing and I ended up getting a hydration treatment (it was a first for me). Anyway, after she was finished blow drying my hair, I walked out looking like I never sat in a stylist chair. This was my first “blow out” but I’m pretty sure I shouldn’t have walked out paying $75 (including tip) for this. I’m not mad, more disappointed that I didn’t ask beforehand what my hair would look like in the end. I’m willing to try this place again, but I will definitely know what I’m paying for before I walk out. (My Hair looks like I just combed out braids and then slicked it back into a pony tail)
