To the prior comment. Your obviously upset at the tellers but why it'e not their fault loans didnt work out. Your pointing at the wrong people. The banks at fault for making the loan look good but they didn't sign your name. Thats a choice and unfortunately people trusted there word and didn't bother reading the find print. Tellers also see your bank accounts and I am sure a lot of people spend money on stuff they dont need rather then there mortgage.
Longtime SunTrust customer. Friday at noon only had one customer service rep on duty. Waited 30 minutes to find out there was a 25 min wait on the phone.
