Worst customer service!
I've tried to change my phone number over the phone.
The lady was not in the mood to help
Me at all...after asking her 3 times to change my phone number, she told me that my phone cannot be added.
Ask for supervisor and waited for 15mins.
Finally went into the app, found where I was able to change my number and was successfully updated....
Don't know what kind of error she had on the computer.
I think that's was: not in the mood error!
